Correspondence Clerk is a business correspondence management tool that helps users organize, format, and store business communications. The Service includes AI-powered formatting, email import capabilities, and export features.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user data), is owned by Correspondence Clerk. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Correspondence Clerk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
